Service Description

I will work with you to identify goals and develop a program that will assist you in reaching those goals. The first session will include: • A consultation to discuss training goals and individualized needs • Baseline testing and analysis (i.e., stride) • Nutritional consultation and analysis The program will consist of the following: • One on one (In person or virtual) • Structured goal planning • Sport specific training • Specialized training for speed, jumping, agility • Track/Trail specific training • Analysis and Improvement of Running Form • Monthly Nutrition Plan based on your tastes and lifestyle • Access to me via text or email
