ISSA Certified Personal Trainer & Nutritionist
Marc Hensley is the Founder of Peak Flash Fitness and is an ISSA certified Personal Trainer and Nutritionist. He is a graduate of the University of Colorado Colorado Springs where he obtained a Bachelors in Strength Conditioning and Training. Marc has been active his entire life and enjoys running so much that he began to run track in middle school and has not stopped. When he is not in the gym or on the track, he is running with his Vizsla or coaching high school track and cross country. His lifetime dedication to fitness guides his career as a personal trainer. Marc’s passion is to help people change their lives in an uncomplicated and realistic way possible. He wants to assist each of his clients in becoming a stronger, leaner, and faster version. His pride is creating unique and individualized workouts that are challenging, fun and effective. He believes each personalized session is an important step for his clients to reach their goals. The program he designs will be specifically developed for each of his clients based on his/her goals and needs.

Whether you want to gain muscle, lose fat, or live healthily, your limiting factor usually lies beyond exercise. Poor nutrition is what holds people back. As a certified specialist in this area, I can help you dispel the common myths about nutrition, and then work with you to design a "real world" nutrition plan that you can stick with and enjoy.
ISSA Strength and Conditioning Coach
What is a Strength and Conditioning Coach? A strength and conditioning coach focuses on athletes and other high-performance clients. As a strength coach, I am trained in assisting athletes achieve any sport related goal. I have the training and expertise to create the perfect training program for any individual athlete, sports teams, and performance-focused clients. My training programs will consist of a combination of different training techniques to include: Strength training, Metabolic conditioning, Speed and Agility.
